How to Clean Your SmileCare System Bundle

Quick answer

Clean your SmileCare System Bundle by rinsing the Cocobrush handle after each use, wiping the Cocoshine bottle exterior, and storing the Cocofloss in a dry spot — no harsh chemicals needed.

Steps to clean your SmileCare System Bundle

1. Rinse the Cocobrush handle after each brushing session: Hold the handle under lukewarm running water for a few seconds to remove toothpaste residue and saliva. Pat dry with a clean towel. Do not submerge the handle in water or put it in the dishwasher — the electronic components are not waterproof. A quick rinse and dry prevents residue from hardening around the button or charging port.
2. Wipe the Cocoshine bottle exterior weekly: Use a soft, damp cloth to gently clean the outside of the 4 oz Cocoshine bottle. Avoid getting water inside the pump mechanism. If the pump nozzle gets clogged, wipe it with a dry cloth. Do not use alcohol or bleach-based wipes — they can degrade the label and plastic. Keeping the bottle exterior clean prevents sticky buildup that can attract dust.
3. Store Cocofloss in a dry, cool place: After each use, return the Cocofloss container to a dry spot away from direct sunlight and bathroom steam. The woven floss itself does not need cleaning — just keep the container closed when not in use. If the floss gets wet, let it air-dry before closing the lid to avoid mildew. A dry storage spot keeps the floss fresh and the container free of mold.
